I started in high-pressure support roles at IBEX and Mindbridge, working accounts for Walmart, Revolut, and Talabat where failure was measurable. Issues were complex, volume unforgiving, and outcomes mattered. That setting clarified a rule I still operate by. Empathy is not a soft skill. It is a performance lever with direct impact on retention and resolution.

I carried that foundation into B2B SaaS, moving from outbound execution at Podium to high-ticket roles at Motive and Freight Genie. By replacing feature-led pitching with consultative discovery using PAINT, I consistently delivered 200 to 290 percent of quota, expanded deal size, and shortened sales cycles with US-based buyers. I later led 20-person teams at C2C Logistic and built scalable outbound systems and revenue playbooks at RevOasis as well as On The House (OTH) Network.
